The beauty of hairs Attracts and capture the attention of every stare, But it is hard to nourish and to give proper care Busy schedule and outings makes them dull and shiny rare, My beauty is evading away... I'm aware! Nothing is with me that can sooth me or do fair justice with my thin hairs Then I recapitulated the famous saying: ''Love is a two way street: Love your hair and it loves you back'' Searching all around I found the trustworthy Dove, I pampered my hairs and said, don’t worry now it's Dove for you to love, And the day I started this beautiful journey of Dove's Love, I found a brand new day waiting for me to see my true colors of pulchritude Embraced me within its charm and defined me with a unique personality! DeleteGreat question, Simran!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Corinne :)
DeleteSuch an inspiring thought, it's high time to sit up and take notice of none other but our very own selves, before it's too late.
ReplyDeletePS: Wow, a 'Sims' tree - sounds so exciting! Many many congratulations on your win, dear - here's to many more :) :)
Retrospection is all we need :)
DeleteYeah :D I'd be happy if you pay a visit to Sims tree some time. Thanks, Arti ^_^
Very thought provoking!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Usha ji :)
DeleteTime definitely has shrunken a lot of things. Realtionships included.
ReplyDeleteSadly yes :(
DeleteI guess because we overthink and that leads to feelings like jealousy, competition etc.
ReplyDeleteMaybe, maybe not... Welcome to my blog, Alok ji! :)
Deletet's funny how when we see this empty bench it projects sadness. What would we see if there was a happy child stting in it? it is true we tire of maintaining relationships sometimes but in the end it is worth every minuet
ReplyDeleteIt all depends on our perspective :)
DeleteAnd yes, I agree. In the end relations are worth it, no matter if we get tired of them.
Thanks Mandy!
Oh that's marvelous, indeed!
ReplyDeleteThanks dear :)
DeleteAh, the bench perhaps doesn't live life with some relations. So it's always welcoming. We on the other hand are emotional. We know we can't tolerate certain people, certain relations, so we tire of them :P :)
ReplyDeleteYou remarked it right :D
DeleteBecause it is easier for us to take everything for granted.
ReplyDeleteYes, that's true!
DeleteSo beautifully written dear Simran. Meaningful and poignant lines that make you contemplate :)
