In today's time when life runs at lightning speed with deadlines, stress, increasing pollution and unhealthy lifestyle; to have a beautiful and flawless skin seems near to impossibility. Females are extremely obsessed with beauty of their faces and hence, they are easily influenced by different creams, lotions, face packs, etc. without having a proper knowledge of the side-effects they may cause after some time. I have heard from many of my aunts complaining about allergies, itching and burning sensation they experienced after use.  I have an oily skin type and being a teenager I easily get pimples on my forehead, cheeks and sometimes on nose. It's embarrassing at times while attending social events. The only times I avoid getting clicked. Having pimples, blemishes and blackheads surly affects self-confidence. Children are the pride and joy of every parent and every home. Their laughter, naughty acts and over to that, their innocent smiles bring immense joy to every heart. Everyone wants to be with them to see their lost childhood in their activities, to play with them and smile effortlessly without a reason. Elders and parents bless their love and care and play a great role in upbringing of a healthy baby. Unfortunately, those charms of a happy and a healthy baby weren't in me . A serious attack of pneumonia overtook me when I was five. It left an adverse effect on my body during my growth years. I often had cough congestion, fever, pale and weak body. My parents consulted to many doctors but all the remedies were with short-lived effect.
