A Second Chance

Today's APED prompt is "Second Chance". I have written "55 words fiction" based on one of my most memorable school days experiences.  "Anusha, your lunch box!" screamed mom. I looked at my wrist watch, it was 7:15 AM. I rode my bicycle as hard as I could. Panting and sweating.  Gaurd uncle who's fond of me, smiled and said "You're late. Relax until the prayer is over". I prayed for myself to be given a second chance.

A bunch of sunflowers He bought for her yesterday Bright and beautiful Same as the sun radiance  Of vitality and pristine  He would bring them daily he said with an enduring smile Replace them before these flowers wilt Our love shall shine bright with no regret or guilt Written for A Prompt Each Day

Go with all your heart

There are a few instances that happen so often That by the time we conclude the reason behind  But the conviction doesn't come without a hitch! Constant hustle between the heart and the mind Rattle persists greatly along with perplexities  Whom to listen first? and whom to follow? Overwrought with strange kind of feelings! Tingle within, tangled strings and so were  decisions One day serendipity happened, when I read ''Wherever you go, go with all your heart'' I got way to my heart, a sacred place Far away from chaos, irresolution and uncertainty  Whatever it says, I follow it intensely with devotion Since the day I've accepted it as my oversee  It never ever proved me wrong or feel regret I listen my intuitions, for they spread love for everyone!  Written for A to Z Challenge  

My Rise Above Fear

Life is the second name of emprise. In fact it is a chain of ventures. Many of them come to our way inevitably whereas; to some we invite our way as a challenge. Challenges are those tasks which you find tough and still you have courage to fight against all your fright, perplexities and hesitations. You believe that gradually with efforts will power will break the inner bond. You will not panic anymore. You will   #RiseAboveFear      I was 7 years old when we had a family trip to Kullu Manali, Himanchal Pradesh. I don't remember much about that trip but I haven't forgotten the most riveting thing I saw there was   ice skating.  Dad, especially to show the skating adventure took us to Rohtang, Manali .   The entire land, trees, water source were covered with thick layers of snow. Unlike other places it had a crowd of people. I was shivering in my mother's arm but as soon as I saw people hijacking life at risk I was awestruck with my eyes wide open...
