I live...

From my mother's womb  to entering into this sphere  The journey had been exciting my bubble curiosity ruled in the air Love and praises were showered Temptation never seemed a struggle I played, read, ate and slept Life was smooth and nothing to trouble The mighty time changes everything  And so, it didn't spare my life  Simply living it anyway is not enough  A reason must be there, I strife I live... to appreciate beautiful life despite the complexities it offers I live... to fulfill all my dreams that I watch every day and night I live... because I am hopeful that tomorrow will be better I live... to spread happiness as life is too short to be sad I live... to read, write and learn because my knowledge is mine I live... not to change the world but to change myself I live... to give my existence a reason that this world would appreciate Written for A Prompt Each Day

The Quote Challenge #1

I have been tagged by a blogger friend, Vinay Leo R. from I Rhyme Without Reason  for ''The Quote Challenge'' . I will share a quote from my favorite book or a quote from my favorite author for three days consecutively in a blog post and tag my friends to be part of this challenge. I would like to tag Maniparna of Scattered Thoughts , Purba of Laugh, laugh and reflect and Tennyson Thomas from The Tea Celebration(s) '' Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. His thoughts come from deep roots of various emotions- Hope, happiness, sorrow, helplessness and admiration. Dad and I often debate on doing things based on 'what I love' and 'what I don't love but do it anyway'. I always take my heart's call for things I really like and I rebel. Rain rejoice

This post has been published by me as a part of Blog-a-Ton 55 ; the fifty-fifth edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. In association with Rashmi Kumar , the author of Hooked, Lined and Single and Jyoti Arora , the author of Lemon Girl . .  "There is something special about rains. When trees dance, flowers smile rejoicing and the stirring fragrant brew up; I feel a new self. As if nature has framed up a mirror for me to look at and reciprocate in the same way." Said Snigdha and ran towards the garden to meet the season's first shower. Anand was mesmerized to see rains from a new perspective. In the chaos of life, earning hard and gathering luxuries he hardly ever noticed the joy of little things, the joy of letting go everything for a moment. Resting his left shoulder on the door he stood there motionless in admiration of Snigdha's carefree smile, those brown innocent eyes and tempting rose bud like moist lips. She had

Smile with VICCO

In today's time when life runs at lightning speed with deadlines, stress, increasing pollution and unhealthy lifestyle; to have a beautiful and flawless skin seems near to impossibility. Females are extremely obsessed with beauty of their faces and hence, they are easily influenced by different creams, lotions, face packs, etc. without having a proper knowledge of the side-effects they may cause after some time. I have heard from many of my aunts complaining about allergies, itching and burning sensation they experienced after use.  I have an oily skin type and being a teenager I easily get pimples on my forehead, cheeks and sometimes on nose. It's embarrassing at times while attending social events. The only times I avoid getting clicked. Having pimples, blemishes and blackheads surly affects self-confidence. After all our outlook creates the first impression. During my school days I used to cycle the distance right under the bright sun of scorching summer days. Whoever

Wordle#2 Blessing in Disguise

We are destined like this She whispered in his ears To console her younger brother She wiped his ceaseless tears Their daily chores start with washing dishes and ferry bricks Under the sunlight among silent whines There is a dream lying, close to kick There is a strange rhyme he listen  In those green paddy fields None but of his heart  To learn and read How difficult it is  to give up On dreams and forget  ''to wish''  Engraving notes   on the bare land He don't want to see their fate wicked We will read no matter what She said hugging him tight Perhaps, the courage  out of hard times was  a blessing in disguise Written for A Prompt Each Day
