My resolution 2015

With the end of this year we are to move to another venture, a new year . All of us have fair resolutions to be better than we are. I looked back just to discover the points and ends I need to change and rediscover. The first thing that clicked my mind was a tablet. Most of my friends have Micromax Canvas Tab P666 . The sleek body of 7.9 mm of Puritan White color. Ah! my craving to have a large screen . So, to have a Micromax Canvas Tab P666 is one among my 2015 resolutions. I want to enlighten this coming year and so, I made sure if it stands best for me. With the advancement of technology our lives have become more dependent on gadgets. Somehow they have become a possession and a thing of self esteem when it comes to smart phones and tablets.  Everyday I have to do long journey to reach at my workplace. During these hours where all are busy with their smart phones and tablets I am all bored and tired. I wish to kill this boredom by buying myself a Canvas Tab P666.  I am a book lo

Suryansh, who had been a great scholar of his time, an all rounder and down to earth being live next to my door.  I make good understanding with elders rather with people of my age group. Soon, we were good friends. We use to play, share experiences and debate on various issues that helped me to know the world beyond my books. As I said above, he’s an all rounder but at one point he lacked- How to impress ‘Her’. Sim, please help me …please! Tomorrow is my date with her. We’ll meet after a longtime and would say everything what I feel for her but as always I need your help to make my final execution.  He gave a demo how he’ll be  expressing his intense love for her in limited words.  I corrected his words and style at a few places.  All of sudden, I said something I wanted to say to him just after he told me everything. ‘’72% women think that clean shaven men smell good. They don’t like smelly unhygienic stubble’’   If you’d go like this on your date she won’t even like

An amazing travel journey with my kids

This post is exclusively written for Happy Hours Campaign for the topic  Teddy Travelogues  as a part of  Indiblogger . In this fast paced life we all are engrossed with our works so much that we realize it when a day is actually end. By then, a new day waits in a queue to be dealt in the same mechanic way. Amidst of responsibilities we forget how to enjoy and relish life's moments. In that monotonous life adventure seems to be lost somewhere. Here is what my mom says and I too strongly believe in this-    A life lived monotonously  has no value until and unless it has experiences of adventure  It was enough of living inside the four walls and work day and night . I needed a break and change of air. I had heard a lot from my friends about Kathmandu, Nepal  scenic beauty and so I asked Daljeet to plan a trip to Kathmandu this summer vacations. At first he wasn't so interested but when our elder son Amanjyot , ten years old pleaded in his most cutest possible expres

My Rise Above Fear

Life is the second name of emprise. In fact it is a chain of ventures. Many of them come to our way inevitably whereas; to some we invite our way as a challenge. Challenges are those tasks which you find tough and still you have courage to fight against all your fright, perplexities and hesitations. You believe that gradually with efforts will power will break the inner bond. You will not panic anymore. You will   #RiseAboveFear      I was 7 years old when we had a family trip to Kullu Manali, Himanchal Pradesh. I don't remember much about that trip but I haven't forgotten the most riveting thing I saw there was   ice skating.  Dad, especially to show the skating adventure took us to Rohtang, Manali .   The entire land, trees, water source were covered with thick layers of snow. Unlike other places it had a crowd of people. I was shivering in my mother's arm but as soon as I saw people hijacking life at risk I was awestruck with my eyes wide open. Their dress, glasses

A true love is a love forever , Happy Anniversary. Mehul wished me planting a kiss on my face. I smiled in pleasure wanting to hug him tight. Happy Anniversary my hubby. Life has been magical with your love all these 20 years. I opened my arms to hold him tight and look deep into his brown eyes same as he did on our first night and I had blushed. We had an arranged marriage that started with a beautiful friendship. He understands my unspoken words and read heart through my eyes. I leaned towards his face to kiss him back and I stopped. Mehul! I shouted and stepped back. Your face looks smelly. My cheek got a touch with yours. It's so rough. I won't kiss you until you get shaved. He laughed hard. Reetu, c'mon don't behave like a kid. It's our anniversary. Does my face matters more to you than my heart that loves you so much?  Who said that, Mehul? I love you inside outside, you see.  I want everyone to like you outside because inside I won’t allow. I wink and get

#WillYouShave - 2

It is our third year together in JUIT where life run chasing the semesters. From the very first day Ravi has been very kind to me. He is the only reliable friend I have made. The entire college runs behind him for his intelligence but I am an exception. I don't run behind him neither he does. We walk together. Proudly, like an epitome of friendship. The entire college fuss and spread rumors that Ravi and I are in a relationship. Well, this is something very usual and I care no damn about their babbles. Sometimes, I wonder why the hell I don't feel anything for this guy. He is an ideal man. Intelligent, decent, generous and well mannered. He has everything that I wish to see in my life partner. Many a times I had caught him looking at me in a different way. I am sure of his feelings. He hasn't said anything and I wish he never say. I don't want to hurt him saying a no. Last week he requested me to join him as his dancing partner for the carnival to which I disapproved

#WillYouShave or Not?

Do you want some tea? Deepti asked. She knew I caught her smiling secretly. Yea sure, Deeps. Do not forget my favorite cookies.  When I was sure she has got into the kitchen I walked tip toed to read the notebook she was blushing at. I flipped pages of the notebook quickly. There were some short stories and quotations written which Deepti had showed me previously but there was something new inside. That page, with so many pink color heart doodles and a peacock feather and gosh! it had a note written too.   ''My Prince Charming, my future husband would be...''   I heard the sound of her footsteps and quickly kept the notebook on the desk as she had left. I didn't want to embarrass her that a little secret of her got disclosed just now. I plugged headphone to hide my excitement. ‘’A day without you is like a year without rain’’. Hey Deeps, are you in love? I asked her at once sipping cardamom tea and biting cookies. Love? Yes, I am in love with my dream hubby. S

Montu Ke Saath India Bolega

#AbMontuBolega Chak De India! In the recent years India has stabilized itself as a productive globalized nation. It has double stripped itself with arms, emanations, progress in research and science, set up of multinational companies and many more things that makes it a 'modern India' .   We feel proud of our country's success that has left almost no challenge unbeatable but that proud feeling doesn't stay longer as soon as we step out in the streets of India .  On one hand India is known for it's equality in diversity, rich culture and tradition, food and spices, history and historical monuments on the other hand it is becoming a death trap because of increasing pollution. According to WHO's survey , out of 20 most polluted cities in the world, 13 are in India. How shameful is that!  Cinema halls, multiplex, restaurants, shopping malls all of them are cleaned and well managed. We love to visit these places again and again because of their cleanliness a
